Meet Our Physicians and Staff
Dr. Clifford P. Clark, III
Dr. Clark, a nationally and internationally recognized plastic surgeon, is widely known for his work in facial rejuvenation. During the last thirteen years, Dr.
Clark’s practice in Winter Park has maintained the leading edge in the evolving
art of plastic surgery by pursuing the latest techniques and innovations through educational travel. As a center for clinical research, the practice has participated
in numerous FDA studies and facilitates training for facial fillers.
Dr. Clark attended Tulane University and Florida State University as an undergraduate student and obtained his medical degree from the University of Florida. He pursued a general surgery residency at Baylor University Medical Center in Dallas, Texas, and his plastic surgery specialty at the University of
Texas Southwestern, considered one of the best plastic surgery residencies
in the country.
In addition to eight years of surgical training, he has received multiple research honors and published numerous articles in plastic surgery journals. Dr. Clark enjoys sharing his expertise with plastic surgery residents and is an Assistant Clinical Professor at the University of South Florida.
Dr. Clark has been recognized by local doctors and his patients in the Orlando magazine and the Orlando Business Journal
as a Top Doctor. His practice offers a full range of cosmetic plastic surgery of the face, body, and breast, and the latest in non-surgical treatments including facial fillers and lasers.

Dr. D. Scott Rotatori is a Board Certified plastic surgeon in the Winter Park area of Orlando, Florida who has practiced here since 1993. He has been selected by his peers as a Top Plastic Surgeon in Orlando for several years running (Orlando Magazine). He has been the Chief of Plastic Surgery at Orlando Regional Medical Center. He is currently the Vice-Chairman of the Department of Plastic Surgery at Florida Hospital. He recently re-certified through the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Born and raised in Ohio, he attended Stanford University and then Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. He completed his general surgery residency at the University of Florida (Shands Teaching Hospital) with an extra year dedicated to wound healing research and breast implant research. He then completed his plastic surgery residency at the University of Cincinnati.
The goal of his practice is to achieve high quality aesthetic results with the highest level of patient care with the assurance of safety and quality.
Dr. D. Scott Rotatori has achieved wide spread recognition for his outstanding work in breast surgery/reconstruction, facial cosmetic surgery and body contouring. He is known for his surgical expertise and artistic skills. His clientele extends far beyond the Orlando area. He is married with four children living in Winter Park. He enjoys tennis, golf, and coaching his children's sports.

Dr. Brian Joseph
For Dr.Brian Joseph,cosmetic surgery is a delicate balance of art and science.His ultimate goal is to refine and enhance his patients’ beauty with results that are elegant,graceful and completely natural-looking. Dr. Joseph is an expert at combining his surgical expertise and artistic sensibility to customize treatments that meet his patients’ specific needs. “I’m dedicated to treating each patient individually,” he says. “I insist on being personally available throughout every phase of my patient’s care.”
He earned his medical degree from the University of Miami’s School of Medicine, and served as Assistant Professor in Plastic and Reconstructive Surgery at the University of Kentucky. During this time, Dr. Joseph provided instruction to other plastic surgeons on the latest techniques in cosmetic surgery of the face, breast and body. He is double board-certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery and the American Board of Surgery. Dr. Joseph is a member of the American Society of Plastic Surgeons, the American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Joseph has been recognized as one of “America’s Top Surgeons” by the Consumer Research Council of America and is listed in “Who’s Who” in medicine. Dr. James L. Baker

Dr. Baker's practice is limited to Aesthetic (Cosmetic) Plastic Surgery. Available Procedures include: Breast Augmentation, Body Contouring Surgery (including Abdominal Reshaping and Suction-Assisted Fat Removal), Ultrasound-Assisted Lipectomy (created the Task Force for the regulation of Ultrasound-Assisted Lipectomy in 1995, served as National Coordinator of the teaching courses and has been a course instructor since 1997), Collagen and Botox Injections, Chin Recontouring, Nasal Reshaping, Ear Surgery, Facial Surgery (including Facelifts , Dermabrasion, Forehead and Brow Lifts, Upper and Lower Eyelid Surgery, Laser Skin Resurfacing, TCA Chemical Peels and Glycolic Acid Skin Care and Peels. His practice is a National Training Center for Botox and Sculptra.
Dr. Baker performs his surgery at the Orlando Aesthetic Institute, Sherman Out-Patient Surgery Center at Florida Hospital Orlando, and the University Surgery Center. Certified by The American Board of Plastic Surgery in 1973, he is a Past President of The Florida Society of Plastic and Reconstructive Surgeons (FSPRS) and The American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery (ASAPS). He has also served as an examiner for the American Board of Plastic Surgery and is currently a Traveling Professor for the ASAPS.
Dr. Baker has a great interest in sculpture and art and found Plastic Surgery is the only specialty which combines both art and surgery. He enjoys traveling with his wife of 45 years, Wiesje and playing golf courses all over the world. He also has quite a talent in the field of drawing and decided years ago that if he could not be a surgeon for any reason, he would love to become an artist for Walt Disney.

Dr. Charles Newman, Jr.
Charles Newman, Jr., M.D., is a native of Orlando who has returned to become a part of the medical community. He completed his undergraduate education at the Davidson College in Davidson, North Carolina where he majored in Biology. He returned to Florida for medical school at The University of South Florida College of Medicine. Dr. Newman then moved to Winston-Salem where he trained at Wake Forest University Baptist Medical Center in General Surgery and all aspects of Plastic Surgery including Reconstructive Surgery, Cosmetic Surgery, Pediatric Reconstruction, Hand Surgery, Microsurgery, and Endoscopic techniques under the leadership of prominent leaders in the field of plastic surgery. He is proud to be board certified by the American Board of Plastic Surgery.
Dr. Newman performs the full breadth of cosmetic surgery including facial/brow/eyelid rejuvenation, cosmetic breast procedures (augmentation, reduction, lift), body contouring (abdominoplasty, thigh lift, liposuction, massive weight loss reconstruction), and minimally invasive techniques such as peels, lasers, fillers, Botox®, implants, and fat injections. Although he maintains a successful cosmetic practice, Dr. Newman finds reconstructive surgery very rewarding. Dr. Newman attends national and regional meetings to stay abreast of the latest technologies in his field and applies them appropriately.

Holly Rosvik, ARNP
Holly provides excellence in laser and injection services at Orlando Aesthetic Institute. She is a Harvard graduate certified as a Nurse Practitioner with a special interest in aesthetic medicine. Her injection and laser services demonstrate compassionate care, technical excellence
and an artistic eye. All of her services are fully supervised by the physicians at Orlando Aesthetic Institute.
Terri Aplin, ARNP
Terri has spent two years fine tuning her knowledge and skill in facial rejuvenation with Dr. Clark and Holly and has gradually developed her practice in injectables. Over the last nine years, she has specialized in laser skin rejuvenation, laser hair removal and vein treatments. She has worked with several of the different lasers including: the LightSheer Diode, Apogee Elite, Aurora, Lumenis One, Quantum, Vasculite, and Aluma, as well as the Sciton profractional/microlaser peel.

Donna Scott, LE, CME Licensed
Donna Scott, is a 15 year licensed and certified medical electrologist. Donna provides experience and expertise in the permanent and safe removal of unwanted hair. She is extensively trained in electrology and has been a proud member of the Society for Clinical and Medical Hair Removal since 2002. Amy has six years of experience, a long list of credentials, advanced certifications and clinical education. Her success comes from a straightforward approach to skin care and is a result of her commitment to introduce products and services that work together for overall skin wellness and health. Amy provides a full range of services for all skin types with a focus on results-oriented treatments and prevention for anti-aging, hyperpigmentation, melasma and acne.
